EXPÉDITION OF YOUR Parcels
Important points:
- Stock: Products available in our warehouses.
- Shipping: Preparation and packaging time of your order in our warehouses.
- Delivery : Time the carrier takes to make the material delivery of the items to the customer or in point relay.
- On order : Global Dancewear asks the product from the supplier.
Attention:Shipping times are different from delivery times.
Customer order processing:
Once the customer has passed and paid his order, taking into account the pre-shipment times indicated directly on the website in the product sheet, Global Dancewear receives it and starts the shipping process.
- Item in stock: The package will be shipped within the next 4 working days.
- Item on order: The application will be transferred to our suppliers so that they will send us the ordered item. Please note that the time specified corresponds to that of our supplier to deliver the goods, and it does not include the 4 days of shipment of your order.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs*.

Carrier:
Your parcels are shipped via UPS Standard (delivery to the client), UPS Access Point (delivery point) with a follow-up number and with signature.Whatever delivery mode you choose, we send you a link to follow your parcel online.
Returning your parcel :
You have 14 days following receipt of your order (home/station) to return your items. A returns form is included in your parcel. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
We will process your return within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse.
You will be informed by e-mail of the status of your return, depending on the option you have chosen (refund or exchange).
